The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page one, section 11, line 10, after the phrase “in the amount of” by striking out the phrase “$1.00 per ton” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “20 cents per ton beginning July 1, 2020, 40 cents per ton beginning July 1, 2021, 60 cents per ton beginning July 1, 2022, 80 cents per ton beginning July 1, 2023, and $1.00 per ton thereafter”;

On page seven, section four, line two, by striking out the phrase “$2.50 per ton” and inserting in lieu thereof the following “$3.30 per ton beginning July 1, 2020, $3.10 per ton beginning July 2021, $2.90 per ton beginning July 1, 2022, $2.70 per ton  beginning July 1, 2023, and $2.50 per ton thereafter”.

On page seven, section 11, line 150, after the phrase “three lanes or less located in the” by striking out the phrase “watershed from which the revenue was received” and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “Division of Highways district where the waste is deposited”
